Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Brand new appliance that doesn't work. Runs through cycles but doesn't dispense detergent nor cleans. Don't understand why you need to run sink water to use dishwasher.

Fluffyluv 4/22/2019

I bought this washer a couple of months ago and using the heat dry the dishes are still wet and the heavy duty wash is ok some dishes still come out dirty, it's kind of loud and the rubber around the door has come off so I have to keep putting it. Also the space is not laid out well on the racks. Overall I'm disappointed

I did not select this Diswasher as it was included in the builder package. I Typically enjoy Whirlpool products but this is an exception. There is no rinse aid dispenser. Also even with drying heat on, the dishes are still quite wet. I will definitely be upgrading this model in the near future.

Horrible dishwasher

Sassy Mama 1/21/2019

I purchased this for my home to replace another Whirlpool dishwasher. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews until after it was purchased and installed. I agree with what others have said, it does a horrible job! Why they even bothered having a "heated dry" option is beyond me because it's a joke!! It doesn't work at all! The dishwasher is soaking wet along with all your dishes. I have to open the door after it's finished to allow some air in to dry the dishes some and then towel dry every single dish as I unload it. Also, it has no rinse aid dispenser. This was an oversight on my end but I wanted to warn any future potential buyers. Actually, my best advice is to purchase ANY other dishwasher besides this one!! The only thing I disagree with others on is it really isn't noisy. We have an open floor plan and can run the dishwasher and it does not disturb us at all. That is the ONLY good thing I can say about this dishwasher!!

Paid to much for this

Christina23 11/9/2018

It has no place to put jet dry. So my dishes get a film that can get thicker if i don't. Do this 1 wash dishes all the way through. 2 start dishwasher for the 2nd time. What for it to do the dringing part. Then when it starts to fill with water put vinegar in it. Let it run for the 1st two cycle. Then stop dishwasher. Let it drain again. 3 dry my dishes and put them away. Over all would never have a dishwasher without a place for jrt dry. If you have hard water not worth it. You can't find much to HELP you these day to dispense jrt dry. Not like 10 years ago when dishwasher didn't all or though all had a place for jet dry. For a product not only cost you $399.00 for it. With not much for cycle choices. Should have come with a place for jet dry. For it not 1980 it 2018 and still have to worry about jet dry not coming with your dishwasher again. In my experience I'm not saving on water or electricity. Just a waste of money in every time i use it.

Pump unable to fully empty

NetKamm 9/28/2018

I have had 2 of these dishwashers for about a year and they have ALWAYS struggled with emptying the water. I have replaced the pumps 3 times and it continues to not pump all the water out - even with a brand new pump! The impeller pump runs for approximately 2 minutes during the empty cycle. It takes 3 full empty cycles to fully empty the water. I even pulled the drain tube to see how much water it was able to pump in a single empty cycle ... it is about 1/2 gallon and it doesn't matter how high it has to pump the water it just can't pump water! Since it can only pump a 1/3 of the water out it always has soapy water in the rinse leaving dishes covered in soapy water... not to mention it can't dry the dishes because the bottom is ALWAYS full of water!!!!

Does not dry, no rinse aid dispenser

KristiNicole 8/16/2018

First I am going to state that I use the stupid cascade platinum pods that have the rinse aid, they do not help at all. Finish no longer sells theirs with the little basket. Second, if you try to do a "heavy" wash it can literally take over half the day just to wash. The HOT water runs for hours, wasting energy on two major appliances. Third, no matter what I do, dishes absolutely will not dry in this unit. I have been using it for a month about every other day but some days I ran up to three loads because we were moving into the home and all of our kitchen stuff had been in storage after hurricane Harvey. I have tried heat on, heat off, heavy wash with heat dry, 1 hour wash with heat dry on and off, I have even tried the old "open it as soon as it's done rinsing to let the steam out before the heat dry" trick that has worked on even the oldest most quirky of dishwashers, and doesn't help. It's either very loud or so quiet I don't know it's on, there is no in between. I rent so I'm stuck with it, if I owned this house I'd toss this hunk of junkout in the pond in my backyard and get new

Terrible Dishwasher!!

TreeDee 8/16/2018

We live in an apartment complex that just installed a new dishwasher for us. The problem is the dishes and inside of dishwasher are ALWAYS moist with condensation. The dishes never get dry! I would use a rinse aid, however, it doesn't even have a rinse aid dispenser and I can't find the rinse aid baskets anywhere! I feel that the constant moisture is growing bacteria and germs. So frustrating!! Buyer beware because its a terrible dishwasher.

Absolute worst!!

julesski88 6/23/2018

Reading through these reviews just makes me sick. This is the absolute worst machine on the market. Whirlpool is junk now and they know it. I see in one of the reviews they commented and told the customer to use rinse aid...yeah which would be GREAT except this unit is such a piece of junk it doesnt even have a RINSE AID DISPENSER!!! I sell appliances and have literally NEVER seen a dishwasher without a rinse aid dispenser. I honestly dont know why this unit is even an option. What t's me off even more is that the builders who built my home, which are not cheap homes they are all over 200,00, use these pieces of junk in every spec house that is prebuilt and purchased later. I worked in repairs and Whirlpool has the WORST record for units needing repair. And this one doesnt even need service, its just horrible! It honestly makes me very upset that now I am stuck with this very loud, wet piece of junk. We just purchased a new home so no I dont have hundred of dollars to buy every little thing I want because there is still lots of stuff we need before a dishwasher. I would honestly give this unit and whirlpool a 0 rating. STOP BEING SO CHEAP WHIRLPOOL!!!!

Had a Maytag that gave up after 20 years

Unhappy99 6/5/2018

Bought this as a replacement not knowing much about it. Loved my Maytag as much as I dislike this machine, but I guess the old adage of you get what you pay for is true. This machine has no rinse agent dispenser and it doesn't dry dishes at all, I will give it that it seems to wash ok but that's it. Not happy with this purchase!!

I don't like this thing! 2nd worst dishwasher!

DebbieDishwasher9 6/1/2018

Moved into a new apartment and now have this as my dishwasher. This thing doesn't even have a spot to put in rinse aid. I really don't like this thing and am disappointed in its lack of a rinse aid dispenser and a sanitizing rinse option. This thing also has the dinkiest silverware basket on the planet! I can barely fit my silverware in there. It's very loud and almost reminds me of a boat motor. This is indeed a bare bones dishwasher. Very sad to be without. Hooray for super slow drying dishes and spots! (-sarcasm-) I'm terrified to use heated settings because of what I've seen done to dishes in the past that were labeled dishwasher safe but were practically eaten alive by the dishwasher. From reading reviews, I'm now supposed to buy specific pods to put in this that include the rinse aid --- Any recommendations?

No Rinse Aid Dispenser

JohnsonR 4/21/2018

Whirlpool should look at apartment dwellers as future customers, when it comes time for that customer to purchase his/hers new home. First impressions are lasting impressions. Because of my experience with this new Whirlpool in my apartment, I'm now less likely to buy one, when I move into my new home.

No rinse aid dispenser.

AliciaD 4/14/2018

My old GE dishwasher kept leaking so my apt replaced it with a new Whirlpool. I was excited because I had all Whirlpool in my house when I owned back in Seattle. Until i found out there's no rinse aid dispenser. And I had just bought a new bottle of Cascade too. I've also had to send loads through a second cycle; some dishes don't come out quite clean. So buyer beware.

Adequate

Sarah937 3/13/2018

This came with our new house and we thought it would be fine so we didn't upgrade it. It does a good job of cleaning the dishes, but leaves them dry and spotty. Extremely disappointed there is no place to put a rinse aid. Love whirlpool, but really dropped the ball on that feature. Wouldn't recommend because most people use a rinse aid. I have never seen a dishwasher that doesn't have one, even a basic one like this. It gets the job done... but makes have to take the time to dry the dishes after they are clean even though that's the dishwashers job.

Unbelievable that s brand new dishwasher by a well known company would actually NOT have a rinse aid dispenser! Note that in the instructions you are advised to use rinse aid, but there is nowhere to put it! Absolutely would NOT recommend this dishwasher. This is s huge problem & complaints are everywhere!

WHERE IS THE RINSE AID DISPENSER?!

Jonathan34 2/25/2018

I must add to the growing thread of concern here and ask Whirlpool WHERE DO WE PUT THE RINSE AID? My dishes are soaking wet and musty smelling to a point I really doubt rinse aid will solve it, but I can't be sure if I can't add any.

No place for rinse aid

Mrs.frustrated 2/22/2018

I moved into an apartment and they bought me this new dishwasher I was so excited at first because it's a whirlpool and always like Whirlpool products. But after using this dishwasher I was very disappointed it does not dry very well. It leaves so many spots that stuff on your dishes and their stay soaking wet and makes it smell. I heard the other reviews where they complain about the same thing and your answer is to use a rinse aid. My question is where in the world do you put the rinse aid? There is no place to put it. PLEASE answer back so I know where to put the rinse aid.I am really frustrated about this. It doesn't make any sense that Whirlpool would make a dishwasher without a place to put the rinse aid.

Whirlpool Model WDF130PAHT

mso0124 1/27/2018

I have the same issues that Michael11 has with his dishwasher. The dishes are wet even if I leave them in the dishwasher all day. I noticed you left no recommendations or why this happens. Can you please respond to why this happens.

Disappointed With my first dishwasher

Michael11 1/22/2018

This is my first time owening a dishwasher and I was so excited but quickly disappointed...We got this dishwasher brand new with the house we just bought 5 months ago. The dishwasher leaves spots on all of the dishes that are actually dry but most of the dishes are still wet (No place to put jet dry to help with this problem). I have to rerinse all my dishes because if I don't my food taste like the dishwasher detergent (yes I bought the expensive cascade brand). I'm to the point where I might as well go back to washing the dishes myself...

Clean, clean, clean

red one 1/22/2018

We just moved into a house that needed a "new" dishwasher since the one that was here was older than dirt. Anyway we decided to redo the kitchen using Lowes so we bought everything there including this great dishwasher. It cleans, it's sleek looking and easy to load, thank you!

Great Dishwasher

chrissy800 12/27/2017

I bought my dishwasher a year ago and I couldn't be happier. I always feel like my dishes have been disinfected after the cycle is over. I love my dishwasher!

Very basic

Mrs disappointed 11/17/2017

Very basic dishwasher, does not even have a rinse aid dispenser. Therefore, water spots everywhere, and the dishes are never dry. Would not purchase again
